Where are your warehouses? We have warehouses in Seattle, WA, Oakland, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, Dallas, TX, Nashville, TN, Reading, PA and Chicago, IL.

We’ve never heard of LivingStone. Why not? You have probably never heard of LivingStone because, until recently, we have relied mostly on word-of-mouth to grow our business. Do your prices include shipping? Yes, our prices are delivered to your door. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.

How do I get a lower price than what is offered on your price list? If you will be ordering more than 40 sheets at a time, we will provide you a quote regardless of where the materials are being utilized. If we can ship materials directly from our factory to your facility, greater savings are available.

How do you offer such low prices without sacrificing quality? First, we are vertically integrated. That means we not only manufacture LivingStone, but market it and distribute it, too. So no agents or middlemen tack on their costs. Second, we only make the colors that move. Without dozens of slow-sellers to manufacture and inventory, our cost of doing business is lower. Finally, our Korean plant is one of the newest, most technically advanced facilities in the world. In other words, it’s super efficient.

Do you stock every color in every warehouse? Yes. We also stock every kitchen sink, vanity bowl, and adhesive we offer in every one of our warehouses.

What is your lead time? To about 90% of the U.S., if you place an order before noon, your shipment will be delivered the next business day. In the remaining areas, orders placed before noon will be delivered in two business days.

Where are LivingStone sheets manufactured? At our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Daejon, Korea.

Is LivingStone warranted? Yes. LivingStone is covered by a 15 year transferable warranty.

What size sheets do you offer? We offer one sheet size: ¹/₂" x 30" x 144". We do not offer half sheets (¹/₂ x 30" x 72").

Do you offer joint adhesives? / Do I have to use your adhesives? We stock Seam-It adhesives by Glue Warehouse that have been made to coordinate with LivingStone colors. You may buy them from us in any quantity or directly from Glue Warehouse if you want to buy in bulk. We do not, however, require you to use Seam-It adhesives.

Are additional colors available by special order? Yes. Minimum order quantities and extended lead times apply.

Do you provide samples and literature? Yes, at no cost to you.

Do you provide discounts on materials for displays? We offer discounts for displays if we believe the investment will yield a return and, additionally, if you are also providing a discount on the labor.

Do you provide discounts on materials for professional use? We do not offer professional use discounts.

How do I get set-up to purchase? You must first contact one of our sales representatives and let them know you want to get set-up. Our representative will send you an email with a link to our on-line set-up system. Simply click on the link, complete the forms on-line and click submit. Within 48 hours, you will be emailed a set-up package that contains your official price list, operating procedures, credit terms, etc.

How is your product packaged for delivery? It is palletized, covered with cardboard, and banded. Each sheet is covered with a protective film.

Where do I register the warranty? Warranties can be registered on line at www.livingstonesurfaces.com/warranty.

How do I get a gun for your cartridges? If you are using Seam-It adhesives, contact Glue Warehouse at 877 595 4583 (GLUE). They stock guns for the 250 ml adhesives we sell.
