What is LivingStone?
Acrylic solid surface countertops came to the market in the late 1960’s. Ever since then people loved the virtually invisible, impervious seams that solid surface offers. They enjoy the sleek, integrated solid surface sinks that are easy to clean with no sink lips to trap dirt and germs.
LivingStone™ 100% acrylic countertops are non-porous, so germs and odors cannot penetrate. LivingStone is easy to clean and maintain-just wipe it down with equal parts water and bleach. LivingStone Is also stain and impact resistant, stains simply cannot penetrate and LivingStone never requires sealing like granite. If you do manage to damage your LivingStone countertop, don’t worry because it is renewable with surprisingly little fuss. Warranty Registration
Every inch of LivingStone Solid Surface is backed by a Limited Transferable Warranty for a full 15 years.
US Surface Warehouse expressly warrants that it will repair or replace, at its option, your new LivingStone product, free of charge, if it fails due to any defect in the manufacturing of the product during the first 15 years after its initial installation. Also, reasonable and necessary labor charges needed to repair or replace the product are included in this warranty.

Solid Surface Sinks
Solid surface sinks are most often permanently seamed into a solid surface countertop becoming part of a continuous surface with no sink lips to trap dirt, mold and mildew. They’re nonporous, so germs and odors can’t penetrate. And because they are solid, they naturally resist chips, dents, impacts and stains.
Care and Maintenance
A little care goes a long way — It’s easy to take care of your LivingStone Surface.
Removing Dirt & Residue
Use soapy water or an ammonia-based cleaner. Rinse and wipe dry.
Preventing Hard Water Marks
Wipe surfaces dry immediately after spills or cleaning. Ordinary vinegar removes most dried water spots.
Preventing Heat Damage
Always use trivets or hot pads under hot objects. Prolonged or extreme heat can cause discoloring. Also, allow cookware to cool before placing in a solid-surface sink.
Disinfecting
Wipe surfaces with mixture of one part water / one part household bleach. Rinse with clear water and wipe dry.
Cleaning Sinks & Lavatories
Just as you clean your countertops, use Soft Scrub™ liquid cleanser and a green Scotch-Brite™ pad. Rub over the entire sink to blend in the finish.
For Minor Cuts and Scratches
No worries — your LivingStone countertop is renewable. Please call US Surface Warehouse at (866) 433-2229, or contact your fabricator/installer for further assistance.
Removing Stubborn Stains
Use a mixture of one part water / one part household bleach or a liquid cleanser such as Soft Scrub® with Bleach. Rinse with clear water and wipe dry. If you happen to spill red wine on your countertops, don’t stress. The spill can easily be cleaned up with denatured alcohol & a cotton rag, using a circular wiping motion. Avoid strong acidic products such as toilet or oven cleaners.
Additional Preventive Measures
Prevent other damage by not exposing your countertop to strong chemicals, such as paint removers, oven cleaners, etc. If contact does occur, rinse immediately and thoroughly with clear water.
- If you spill nail polish on a LivingStone Surface, remove it with a non-acetone polish remover.
- Don’t cut directly on LivingStone Surfaces
- Always run your faucet while pouring boiling water down solid surface sinks
